It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Rizy of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Port Chester, New York, who passed away on June 9, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Sinclair and Sunny Sinclair; her husband J. Arthur Rizy, Jr.; her children, J. Arthur Rizy, IV (Pam), Randy Rizy (Kim) and Jill Rizy; and her grandchildren, Kevin Rizy, Rebecca Rizy, Will Pompa, Trevor Pompa and Sara Pompa.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Phyllis's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
