It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Allan Wilson of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexander Wilson and Mary Wilson; his wife Lucille; his daughters, Michele Kelsey (Dean) of North Carolina and Alisa Barnett of Colchester, CT; and his grandchildren, Dean II, Christopher, Nicholas, Marissa and Jack. He was also cherished by 4 great granddaughters.
Due to the pandemic, a live-streamed private mass will be held at St. John's Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 @ 10:00 a. m. (https: //saintjohn-cromwell. org/live-streaming). A celebration of his life will be planned by the family in 2021 after COVID restrictions are eased.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Portland Public Library, 20 Freestone Avenue, Portland, CT 06480.
