He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel, Sr. Ryan and Julia Ryan (Ducker); his sister Patricia Kaplan; and his brothers-in-law, Jason Kaplan and Steven Lentino.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Ryan (Kellerstrass); his children, Kathy Ryan (David Boutin) of Glastonbury and Daniel J. Ryan, III (Alex) of Camas, WA; his sister Madeleine Ryan; his sister-in-law Cathy DeSantis of Port Washington, NY; his sister Theresa Lentino of Element, NY; and his grandchildren, Bridget, Emerson Ryan, Jared, Lacey and Piper Boutin. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and their children.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cromwell Funeral Home (506 Main St, Cromwell, CT 06416). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John Church (5 Saint John Court, Cromwell, CT 06416).
