It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allan Dean Spotts of Cromwell, Connecticut, born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Spotts and Joseph Spotts; his wife Karen; his brother Stephen; his sister-in-law Jackie of El Paso, TX; his mother-in-law Eileen of Newington; his siblings-in-law, Joan of Raleigh, NC, Kathy and Conard of Richardson, TX; his daughter-in-law Melanie (Mark) of Las Vegas, NV; and his son Timothy.
He also volunteered for the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program (RSVP) providing medical transportation for those that couldn't drive themselves.
In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting a donation to the Town of Cromwell – Allan Spotts Fund, 41 West Street, Cromwell, CT 06416 ATTN: Finance Department.
