He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Aylward and Marion Aylward of Hurkett, Ontario.; and his siblings, Robert, Peggy, Mel, Dave, Clyde, Gordon, Bryan, Walter, Glen and Arnold.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Soboleski; his grandchildren, Isla, Cole Desmarais, Evie, Riley, Hannah Aylward and Tedy Allan Healy; his children, Kerri (Kyle), Keith (Laura) and Kathy (Dan); and his brother Leslie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cromwell Funeral Home (506 Main St, Cromwell, CT 06416). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint John Church (5 Saint John Court, Cromwell, CT 06416).
