He is survived by: his wife Barbara Heinzmann (Freer); his children, Dirk Heinzmann of Cromwell, Seth Heinzmann of Mount Pleasant, SC and Miriam Heinzmann (Mimi) of Phoenix, AZ; his sister Arline Conger of Higganum; his niece Cheryl Salce of Cromwell; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Stephanie, Isabella and Cole.
