He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Virginia Woodrow; and his sister Jan. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Williams (Balkum); his children, Michael Thomas Williams (Emily Paquette) of Coventry, Timothy John Williams (Susan DeSocio) of Coventry, Manchester, Justin James Williams (Kaitlyn) of Norfolk, VA., Michelle, Karen and Kelly; his siblings, Sandy, Patty, Sharon, Wendy and Bobby; his sisters-in-law, Ellen Haley and Nina Balkum; his nephew Brian Haley (Shannon); and his daughter Madison.
Due to the circumstances of the Covid-19 Pandemic a celebration of Tom's life will be held at a later date.
