She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred LaPointe and Armande LaPointe; her significant other Leonard Boulay; and her sisters, Nancy LaPointe and Carol LaPointe Carter (Dorsey).
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Boulay Ellsworth (Leo Audibert), Leslie Boulay and Anthony Boulay (Linda Michaud); her grandchildren, Ashley Ellsworth and Ryan Ellsworth; and her great grandchild Ava Ellsworth. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and very special friends.
