He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lepak (Muldoon); his daughter Cynthia Saccoman (Matthew) of Goshen, CT; his grandsons, Jeremiah and Joshua; his daughter Susan Galinat (Justin) of Stoughton, MA; his grandson Kevin Galinat (Shayna); his great grandchild Olivia; his granddaughter Kaila Galinat of Manhattan, NY; his children, Brian Lepak of Coventry, CT and Erin Lepak (Aaron Frankland) of Danielson, CT; his granddaughter Mazzy Frankland; his daughter Katherine Palman of Reidsville, NC; his grandchildren, Naomi Phillips and Noah Phillips; and his brother Raymond Lepak (Karen) of Manchester. He is also survived by His extended family includes a great many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
