He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Rittlinger and Theresa Rittlinger. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rittlinger of Coventry; his children, Alison Burzdak of Colchester and Eric Rittlinger of Coventry; his grandchildren, Adam, Mayson and Evan; his stepmother Jeanne Rittlinger; and his siblings, Bruce Rittlinger, Sandy Proctor, Kathy Ritter, Dan Rittlinger and Cheryl Meredith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the American Cancer society.
