Though Howard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Howard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty I. Devoid; and his parents, Louis Devoid and Edith Devoid. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Pelletier (Roy), Michael Devoid (Debbie), Sandra Harper (Reggie), Kathy Frankiewicz (Jeff) and Laura Devoid. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
