She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement DeFazio and Anna DeFazio; and her husband Anthony J. Walsh Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Grace Johnson (late Dan) of West Hartford, Deborah Hunt, Mary Hall (Duncan), Tony Walsh of Coventry and Larry Walsh of Coventry; her grandchildren, Eliza, Abigail (Dennis), Marc (Stephanie), Jamie (Matt), Alissa (Andy) and Alexandra; her siblings, Ann Marie Luchansky (John), Larry DeFazio (Beverly) and Robert DeFazio (Barbara); and her sister-in-law Rita (John DeFazio). She is also survived by her many extended family and friends including numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
