He is survived by: his wife Doris; his sons, George Jr., Paul (Julie Anne), Matthew (Helen) and Joseph; and his stepchildren, Donald Gowdy (Kathi) and Susan Spinola. He is also survived by his sister Alberta, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
