He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Durfee (Joe), Carly Fine (Tim) and Suzanne Rogoz (Aaron); his granddaughters, Rowan Fine, Tallulah Rogoz, Reese Fine and Ophelia Rogoz; his sister Lynn Crumbley of Pennsylvania; and his former wife Trudy Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
