She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William Carroll and Emma Carroll (Johnson); her husband Michael Swetzes; and her sisters, Grace Smith (Carroll) and Lillian Hattin (Carroll).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kathryn Swetzes, Mary Swetzes of Coventry, Michelle Swetzes, Christopher Swetzes of Avon and Danielle Failla of Southington; and her great grandchild Brayden Paul (Millie Kos). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
