He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pouliot and Lillian Pouliot; and his brother Steven Pouliot. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Pouliot (Forgette); his children, Raquel Cuellar (Alex), David Pouliot Jr. and Alexandra Caraballo (Sam); his grandchildren, Violet Jane Cuellar and Lou Athena Caraballo; his siblings, Joseph Pouliot Jr. (Sunny), Cynthia Supan (John) and Susan Saldibar (Brett); his sister-in-law Barbara Pouliot; and his aunt Lara Tolisano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
