With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles F. Greenbacker Jr. of Coventry, Connecticut, who passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Greenbacker and Helen Greenbacker; his sisters-in-law, Lois Greenbacker and Carol Huggins; and his niece Heather Robinson Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Greenbacker; his sons, Charles III (Kate), Steve (Ashley) and Nick (Jill); and his siblings, Joe, David, Peter, Ricky, Kathy Robinson and Nancy Groves.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wallingford Funeral Home (809 N Main Street Ext, Wallingford, CT 06492). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlie's memory to the Dementia Society of America (DementiaSociety.org) and Heather's Angels (HeathersAngels.org).
