She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lavix and Mary Lavix (Kernitsky). She is survived by: her husband Anton "Joe" Hierl; her sister Jeanne Scotty; her sons, David and James (Jackie); her grandchildren, Karic Hierl, Cassandra Hierl, Aidan Hierl, Luca Hierl, Konnor Boucher and Allie Boucher; and her nieces, Diane Kitchen and Lynn Cox.
