We bid farewell to Carol Lavix Hierl of Coventry, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 26, 2024 at the age of 84. Carol touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lavix and Mary Lavix (Kernitsky). She is survived by: her husband Anton "Joe" Hierl; her sister Jeanne Scotty; her sons, David and James (Jackie); her grandchildren, Karic Hierl, Cassandra Hierl, Aidan Hierl, Luca Hierl, Konnor Boucher and Allie Boucher; and her nieces, Diane Kitchen and Lynn Cox.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or St. Jude (stjude.org).
