We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2022, at the age of 99, Frances Franco of Cos Cob, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Scoglio and Paolo Scoglio; her husband Frank; her daughter Lina; and her siblings, Teresa Foti and Giovanni Scoglio.
She is survived by: her sons, John (Helen) and Paul (Martha); her grandchildren, Lisa Franco, Mandy Franco, Arley Santilli (Greg), Jaclyn Birn, Stefanie Aivalis (Dean) and Frank Franco; her great grandchildren, Anna Santilli, Braeden, Lina Birn, Marina, Vittoria and Niko Aivalis; and her sisters-in-law, Celestina Fiume and Parma Franco.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Ludlowe Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Fairfield, CT where we are so grateful that she was cared for with tender love the last few years of her life Read Less.
