He is survived by: his wife Norma; his sons, Scott (Lori Keegan) and Glenn (Patricia Keegan); his daughter-in-law Susan Keegan of Columbia; his grandchildren, Derek Keegan of Cocoa Beach, FL, Benjamin Keegan of Columbia, CT, Brianna Keegan (Brandon Jordan) of Columbia, CT, Steven Keegan of Columbia, CT, Morgan Keegan of Columbia, CT and Jared Keegan of Columbia, CT; his great grandchildren, Madilyn Keegan, Charlie Rae Keegan of Cocoa Beach, FL, Xavier Bonilla and Emmons Wiltse of Southington, CT; his sister Diana Perkins (Michelle Giffin); and his siblings-in-law, Edith Keegan, Phyllis (Jack Lester) and John Lis. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
