He is survived by: his wife Betty Melinosky (Gombotz); his children, David Melinosky and Karen (Kevin Herrick); his grandchildren, Kamryn and Kason Herrick; his brother Dennis (Mariann Melinosky); and his siblings-in-law, Kathryn Melinosky, Carol Hauburger, Helen Burkarth, Frances Dorbuck, Frank, Sandy Gombotz, Sue Gombotz, Carol Kulasenski, Richard Gombotz, Sue McKay, William, Diane Gombotz, Ronald and Debbie Gombotz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
