He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Harlow and R. E. Harlow; his wife Louise Harlow (Johnson); and his sisters, Mary Lou Steffen and Rhoda Hess.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Stevens of Columbia, CT, Steve, Julie Harlow of Hudson, MA, Jen and Jon Wortmann of Enfield, NH; and his grandchildren, Layne Stevens, Faith and Luke Harlow. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Steve would love donations to be made to Everyday Publications, Inc. (everydaypublications.org in Port Colborne, Ontario) or Emmaus Bible College (Dubuque, Iowa), both founded by his father.
