It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Gorgone of Columbia, Connecticut, born in Willimantic, Connecticut, who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Gorgone; and his father-in-law William Bavier. He is survived by: his wife Johannah Gorgone (Bavier); his father Gary Gorgone of Willimantic; his children, Giavannah Marie, Sebastian Paul and William Michael; his siblings, Matthew Gorgone (Tonya) of Lisbon and Maryann Gorgone (Keith Rice) of Willimantic; his mother-in-law Maureen Bavier of Coventry; and his brother-in-law Noah Bavier of Coventry.
