Mary B. Evans Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary B. Evans of Columbia, Connecticut, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Mary find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Bonin and Frank Bonin; her brother Joe; and her husband George Evans. She is survived by: her sons, George (Wendy) and John; her granddaughter Jenny (Ryan); her niece Janice Burkhart (Dave); her nephew James Smith (Stacey); and also Ashley.
Memorial donations may be made to the Columbia Congregational Church.
