She is survived by: her sons, Steven J. Piro (Karen Piro) of Columbia, CT and James J. Surprenant-Piro (Christopher J. Surprenant); her grandchildren, Jackson Piro, Joshua Piro and Jayson Piro of Columbia, CT; and her brother John Flanagan of Coventry, CT. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
