Stumpf of Columbia, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Stumpf and Mildred Sturges Stumpf. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Cirkot Stumpf of Columbia, CT; his sons, Joseph G. "Jay" Stumpf (Cynthia) of Tucson, AZ and Stephen J. Stumpf of Tucson, AZ; his siblings, Richard Stumpf (Ann Marie) of Portchester, NY and Judy Romer (Larry) of Milford; his grandchildren, Caitlin Carroll (Doug) and Morgan Stumpf; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Foster (Fred). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
