She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Lombardo and Myrtle Lombardo; and her siblings, Michele Joly and Robert Lombardo. She is survived by: her husband John "Dennis" Chalk; her daughters, Melissa Chalk (Chris Sanchez) of Vernon, CT and Emily Cross (Nelson Cross) of Tewksbury, MA.; her siblings-in-law, David Joly (Linda Casey) of Ellington, CT, Mel, Angie Chalk of Verplank, NY and Donna Lombardo of Romeoville, IL.; and her great-nephew Andrew Joly.
