He was predeceased by: his father Chester Halski. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Halski (King); his mother Maria Halski (Zareba) of Kensington; his son Matthew Halski of South Windsor; his brother Chris Halski (Andrea); his children, Diana and James; his sister Barbara Plochocki (Greg); and his children, Alex, Anthony and Ashley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Department of Veterans' Affairs, 555 Willard Avenue, Newington, CT 06111.
