She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Swanson; her parents, Harold Vining and Mildred Vining (Morrison); her daughters, Christina Lokker and Diane Swanson; and her siblings, Maurice and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her son Ken Swanson (Beth Nyerick) of Torrington; her granddaughter Jessica Nardine (Kenny) of Colebrook; and her great grandchildren, Nathan and Abby Nardine.
