He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas McPheters. He is survived by: his spouse Sharon McPheters (Carlson); his parents, Albion McPheters and Victoria McPheters (Joseph); his children, John Dubois of Colchester, Michael Dubois (Charlene Hall) of East Hampton and Victoria Pond (Harvey) of Lebanon; his brother James McPheters; his grandchildren, Michael Dubois, Haylee Pond, Melinda Dubois, Landon Pond and William Pond; and his great grandchild Seamus Pond.
