It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Charles Ragion of Colchester, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Ragion and Margaret A. Ragion (Kertenis); and his stepson Martin J. Oktavec. He is survived by: his son David Ragion (Heather) of Windsor Locks, CT; his stepdaughter Tamara Tucker of Colchester, CT; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Ragion, Gregory Ragion and Caroline Ragion; his brother Michael Ragion (Terri) of Little River, SC; his niece Courtney Brice; and his nephews, Mike, David and Nick Ragion.
