He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro Kupczak and Anna Kupczak (Hyndrak); his brother Nicholaus Kupczak; and his nieces, Kelly Goding, Jessica and Kathleen Kupczak.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine Kupczak Farnsworth of Lebanon; his siblings, Peter (Frances Kupczak) of Colchester and Maria (Clyde Goding) of Hebron; his nephew Kevin Goding; and his cousin John Senedzuk (Susan).
