Roselyn Plotkin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2025, at the age of 95, Roselyn Plotkin of Colchester, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Irving Plotkin; her parents, Louis Gordon and Bessie Gordon (Kessler); and her siblings, Barbara Markowitz (Dave) of Whitestone, NY and Selma Becker (Martin) of Waterford.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Gordon Plotkin (Deborah Henderson) of Waterford and Hillery Plotkin Bauman (Daniel) of Stoughton; her grandchildren, Betty Bauman-Field (Corey), Michael Plotkin (Rebecca), Adam Bauman (Arielle) and Cassandra Ranson (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Rosie, Avery, Lila and Tobi; her nieces, Judy Finkle (Jonathan) and Chana Laskey; and her nephew Cary Markowitz (Randi Greenfield Wylie). She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Congregation Ahavath Achim (84 Lebanon Ave, Colchester, CT 06415). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Ahavath Achim Cemetery.
