He is survived by: his spouse Linda Stoddard (Howk); his parent Helen Stoddard (Marchand); his children, Richard Stoddard, Jr. (Amy) of Enfield and Jennifer Stoddard of Columbia, MD; his grandchildren, Zachary and Madelyn; his siblings, Patricia Weiss of Islamorada, FL and William Jr; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbi Stoddard, Jr. of No and Benjamin Lupia of East Quogue, NY.
