He is survived by: his wife Laura Smith; his children, Leo Parciak III (Rita Parciak), Susan Sutter (Patrick Sutter) and Kevin Parciak (Tabitha Parciak); his grandchildren, Melanie Goggin (Dennis), Desiree Parciak, Skylar Parciak, Michael Sutter, Carly McKinney (James), Justine Sutter, Brooke Parciak (Crysta) and Amber Frye (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Greyson, RoseMary, James, Penelope, Miles and Asher.
