He was predeceased by: his grandfather Harry Ashley. He is survived by: his brother Jake; his grandparents, William Dale Haslam (Jo-Anne), Maria Haslam and Paula Ashley; his aunts and uncles, Kimberly, Trevor Nicholls, Carey-Lynn, John LeDoux and Troy; and his cousins, Taya, Shayla Nicholls, Austyn and Breanne LeDoux.
