It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Ellen Noel of Colchester, Connecticut, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Noel and Jane Noel (Beckwith). She is survived by: her brother Norman Noel (Debra Spagnesi); her niece Justine (Michael Weston); her nephew John Noel (Sarah Misch); her great-niece Madison Sutkaitis; her great-nephew Jaxon Sutkaitis; and her friend Maria Taylor of Holyoke, MA.
