She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Arabek and Irene Arabek; and her parents-in-law, Ray and Helen Polisky. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Polisky; her stepdaughter Ashley Stanford; her grandchildren, Gabriella and Makenzie; her sisters, Judy (Brice Padewski) and Debbie (Wally Serafin); and her extended family Dennis.
