James Leo Grabowski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025, at the age of 80, James Leo Grabowski (Colchester, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Grabowski and Sophie "Sally" Grabowski (Jaworski). He is survived by: his daughter Dina (Jim); his son-in-law Ted; his grandchildren, James and Eva; his brother Donald (Christine); and his nephews, Jeffrey Grabowski (Amanda) and Bryan Grabowski (Katherine).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to the Marlborough Arts Center.
