It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Leiper of Colchester, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Casey and Elizabeth Leiper (Cook). He is survived by: his brother Albert Leiper (Johann) of Milford; his children, Jeffrey Leiper of Taftville and Jennifer Kelly of Colchester; his grandchildren, Kyla Kelly of Washington, DC, Nolan Kelly of Colchester, John and Shawna Kelly; his great grandchildren, Avery, Nora, Seamus Kelly, David and Mihwa Leiper; his niece Donna Leiper; and also, Dan and Darlene Leiper.
