He was predeceased by: his spouse Harriet Herman (Cohn). He is survived by: his children, Philip Herman, Gabrielle Herman of Livingston, NJ, Amy Rubinstein and Jason Rubinstein of Bedford Corners, NY; and his grandchildren, Asher Herman, Oliver Herman, Max Rubinstein and Carlie Rubinstein. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
