He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Larkin and Jeanette Larkin (Heroux); and his brother Leroy Larkin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaiser; his children, Jordan Larkin, Carl B. Larkin, Jr. and Eddy Strong; his stepchildren, Phyllis, Sandra and Joseph; and his brothers, Leonard of Norwich, Clifford of Preston and Willie of New London. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, extended family and friends.
