He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Richter Clancy and Frank Clancy; and his brother Edward Richter. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Richter (Perry); his daughters, Correna Wilson (Raymond) of East Haven, Randee Hill (Chris) of Clinton and Nickie Sutherlin (Sully) of Friday Harbor, WA; his grandchildren, Raymond Wilson (Laura), Brianna Mejak (Andrej), Sadie Robinson (Tanner) and Hunter Hill; his great grandchild William Mejak; and his brother George Richter (Grace) of Uncasville. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews.
