It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Clifford Valimont of Clinton, Connecticut, born in Southington, Connecticut, who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Vivien B. Gyuro. He is survived by: his wife Lori Gyuro Valimont; his parents, Clifford L. Valimont and Nancy E. Valimont (Sorrell); his children, Jay Valimont Jr. (Mikki), Mylesia Mascolo (Joseph) and Jenifer Wood (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Emily, Joseph Mascolo, Jay III (LJ), Rylie Valimont, Nicholas and John-Paul Jay Wood; his siblings, Annette Perugini (David) of Palm Harbor, FL., Gary Valimont (Kim) of Wolcott and Carl Valimont (Nancy) of Fox Pointe, WI; his father-in-law Istvan Gyuro of Trinity, FL; his siblings-in-law, Victoria Brewster (DJ) of Wolcott and Steven Gyuro of Thomaston, CT.; and his friend Dr. Kumar Kalapatapu (Anthony Mascia) of New York Presbyterian. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
