He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Regan and Mildred Regan (Messinger). He is survived by: his spouse Dale Regan (Helbig); his sons, Edward Regan Jr. of Madison and Daniel Regan of Chester; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Deidre Regan, Brendan and Aislynn Regan; his great grandchild Jocelyn Shea Regan; and his siblings, Charles Regan and Lynn Papuga.
