He was predeceased by: his parent Dorothy Heenehan McCulloch. He is survived by: his parent Stephen J. McCulloch; and his siblings, Stephen J. McCulloch (Kathleen), Thomas J. McCulloch, Maureen Bliss (Mike), Kevin McCulloch and Anne Grogan. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews, plus four great nieces and nephews.
