With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Celeste Lucille Sisk of Clinton, Connecticut, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2021 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Hand; and her nephew Jonathan Barbi. She is survived by: her mother Jacquelyn Hand of Westbrook; her children, Ben and Hayley Sisk; the father of her children Robert Sisk of Clinton; her sisters, Julie Hisle (William) of Topeka, Robin Dibiaso (Kim Anthony) of Chester and April Barbi (Antonio) of East Haddam; her close friend Peter Czuchra of Westbrook; and her nieces and nephews, Massimiliano, Emily, Katie, Autumn, David, Delaney, Kyam and Liberty.
Celeste Lucille (Hand) Sisk, 56, died on March 31, 2021, after a long battle with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease.
