He is survived by: his children, William Fowler, Jr. and Ann Faust (Carl Faust); and his grandchildren, Jeanette Faust (Spencer Bowden), Brittany Fowler, Eric Fowler, Katie Faust, Meghan Fowler and Julie Faust.
