With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary B. Matt of Chester, Connecticut, born in Stamford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Bode Billingsley and Francis J. "Frank" Billingsley; and her sister Catherine Billingsley Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband John Matt; her sons, Andrew Matt (Martha) of Chester and Thomas Matt (Tom) of Chester; her grandsons, Samuel and Louis Matt; her nephew Garrett Sullivan; and her nieces, Tracy Kirk (Sullivan), Amy Prince (Sullivan) and Sheila Sullivan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Church.
