It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clarke of Chester, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes D. Clarke (Kimble). He is survived by: his father James F. Clarke, Sr. of Chester; his sister Samantha Clarke; and his grandmother Marjorie Curtis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
